Finally, time for some summer reading…
Yeah, it’s been a hot minute, but between work and school and life we here at the Butterflies & Aliens Library may have gotten a bit sidetracked from our (ir)regularly scheduled additions to our digital stacks.
But we have not forgotten you, beloved patrons!
Having just finished a summer session course that was deeply absorbing of mind and time – more on that later! – I thought I’d kickstart things here with, as both a reminder to me and a teaser for you, a gallery of some of the bookish acquisitions that have continued to arrive over the past few months. If you see anything that you’d like us to share about in more detail, please let us know and we’ll tee it up for an upcoming post.
Until then, not only have we got a bunch of reading to do, we’ve also got book conferences and book travel coming up, plus the recent return of Books & Bricks Nights! It’s the summer of lit love, fellow book nerds, and about time!
