PLO 4: Leadership & Management

Students will be knowledgeable about the theories and concepts of administration and organizational behaviour and their application to the management of libraries and information agencies.

While a student, I had the opportunity, and responsibility, to serve on a number of committees within the School of Library and Information Studies, including the Curriculum Committee and the Selection Committee for a new chair for the school. This provided invaluable experience and insight into “theories and concepts of administration and organizational behaviour.”
